Heres an article on how to move the stock wing back on a 99-01. I'd say the installs will be kinda similar, and there are some pics to give you an idea.

my sig was done before you did yours, cause i seen yours after i did mine. Thanks for the info on the throttle body. I'm not going to do any mods till summer, or spring, but i thought it would be nice to have a cool sig.
that sucks, i like the S281 wings? i think thats what they're called, they lay pretty flat. I think those look good. Have you gotten around to painting your car yet?
