http://www.rperformance.com/1987-1993-instrument-clusters.htm
or heard of there company?
Are they reasonalbly cheap, is there any other companys that make packages like this.
If you have ever had one of these how did it fit and how much of a pain in the asss is it to install.
Coments, opinions welcome.
Thanks

No, but I'm glad you just posted that cause I have four single 2-5/8th's gauges mounted and I would rather mount them in something.

There are a few people around here who have those in their cars, I've never seen/heard anything bad about them.

Would electrical gauges be eaiser to install that the mechanical, also with the speedometer I guess all you would use to install it is the speed cable that goes to the transmission.
Also what would be more accurate mech. or elec.
Thanks

I don't like them, they look cheap to me. If I were to buy one I'd go for the MC machine one. http://www.mc-machine.com/87dash/87dash.htm As far as installation, it's pretty easy. If you are going electrical you can splice everything in to the factory harness, change the sender and you're good to go. With mechanical you have to run all the tubes to the engine. In my opinion the mech. are more accurate unless you are going full sweep electric, which are expensive.

I think that "wrinkled plastic" looks cheap. I have MC Machine plate he mentioned above and love it. Below is a pic of my setup, I don't have an installed pics of it right now, but I'll snap some later tonight.
