I ordered a set of springs from them over 3 weeks ago and still haven't gotten them. I went to view my order history and it says it's "processing" I emailed them cause I paid for 2nd day shipping and can't get a response. I tried calling but can't ever get through to anyone. I sure hope I didn't get screwed with this deal. Just wanting to know if anybody else has had a similar experience with them?

I bought a set of cobra front control arms about 3 weeks ago. I waited a week and they still didn't arrive so I gave them a call. I had to let the phone ring quite a few times, but eventually someone answered the phone. I was told that the arms were on back order from ford and they would be drop shipped the next day and I would receive a tracking number..

Three days pass and no tracking number. So I call them again and all I get is Voicemail. I left a message and no call back. So I call them the next day and I talk to another gentleman who again told me the same thing. This time he actually checked the warehouse and he found out that they just got a shipment and mine would go out Monday. The gentleman sounded very sorry for all my troubles and he gave me $20 off my order.

I talked with him a little bit about how things could have been different. I explained that my order has been stuck in "processing" for the last week and a half and he says that they know this is an issue. If I knew that the item had been backorderd from the start I would have been a little less scared that I'd been taken. He said the problem is that their online store doesn't properly put things on "backorder".

All in all things ended up well. I got my A arms and $20 off. I would order from them again for sure..

I had the same problems with them. They blamed it on their supplier and said it would ship out. I wanted another two weeks, and still my exhaust didn't come. Emailed and called them letting them know I wanted a refund, but never got it.

Finally I filed a claim with my credit card company and got the money back.

DON'T BUY FROM SPEED CONCEPTS!
