Has anyone painted the running horse on the steering wheel?

I saw in a thread where a guy used a metalic sharpie to color his horse and Mustang script on the dash. I was wondering if anyone has used a different method, and how it turned out. Pics would be great.

i did mine,the mustang on the dash came out good but the horse keeps chipping.i used white touch up paint,was kind of a pain in the ass but it looks good i think.

na search a picture for it. it looks pretty good. ford should have done it from the factory i think.

I've seen the MUSTANG script painted silver and it looked good.

I dunno about the pony. I would leave that alone.


I saw another thread where someone painted the SRS because they thought they had a Mustang SRS like it was a special edition

i agree, i wouldnt do the pony on the wheel, but the script on the dash looks good...i wouldnt call it rice tho, thats a bit much

i found this in my photobucket of mine,like i said mine keeps flaking so in this pic i had atually started to take it all off.you get the idea tho i guess.i dont think its rice at all.the srs,now that would be rice.
