Have 17x10.5 rims an tires? questions...

Have some 17x10.5 bullit rims an tires "planning" on goin on my stang '02 GT. My question is do you have clearence issues now just for the rear. Like i've heard for rubbing on your rear stabliz. shock? The one running horizantal? An inner finderwell towards center of car an the outer edge or lip?

No problems at all.

I had a problem with rubbing the outter fender but that was because of how low my car is and only when I had drag radials on. My car squats very hard. But now I have rolled the fender and adjusted the rear suspension to give me 100% anti-squat so no problems.

I have no problem running that size rim on my Stang. I'm only lowered on C-springs but I know guys that are slammed and have no problems. At most you may have to roll teh fenders.

Mine's lowered also with 17x10.5's. I just bolted them on. I've had them on since May and haven't had a single problem.

i have them too, lowered on sportlines no isolators, no rubbing even when i bottom out.

Dittos, no issues. I didn't even have to remove or flip the helper shock. I have Eibach pro springs. It all has to do with the offset/backspacing of the rims.

Cool. yeah I don't know backspace/an offset? its a guy offline an he's shipping them to me? shoot 200$ rims an 60%tread on tires? He had them listed as "17x11 rims & tires" i had to call an actually talk to him to find that they are more than likely 17x10.5. He had them on his 02' vert an sold it. now left with the rims & tires. so atleast i know they aren't for 05'-09' ?would be my luck?
