In 20 months that I own my Stang I have changed 2 times clutch,
First time because release bearing was bad so I changed who clutch with King Cobra ,2nd time because I burn my clutch because I had oil leak on rear main seal and I rebuild tranny same time,
Everytime I change clutch I change bearing (is come in kit) but is goes bad in a few months, last time I had tranny off , I rebuild whole thing and bought bering retainer (Steel) not alu like stock but this time I had that noise just two weeks after installation , noise like hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, looks like power steering pump but its bearing, BUT now is louder
So guys what kinda bearing is good, meybe I can try one from AutoZone or Advance auto parts or even stock replacement from Ford dealer

I used the clutch kit from autozone. The TOB has not squeaked since day 1 (probably 9 months ago when I installed it).

Not saying the autozone TOB is better, just telling you my experience.

You probably need a new clutch cable, or need to adjust the cable. If the TOB is touching the pressure plate fingers when the clucth pedal is fully released, this will prematurely wear out the TOB bearings.

When you replaced your clutches, did you put a healthy dose of wheel bearing grease on the front of the TOB, where it contacts the pressure plate fingers?
