HAVE DONOR '89 CONV. FOR MY '86. NEED ADVICE

I just got a 1989 GT convertible, 5-speed. I will be transplanting the driveline, after building it, into my 1986 GT. Am I able to transplant the engine wiring harness without any mods? ie; just a plug-and-play?

I want to know about the plug and play also. I dont think it is, but if it is just plug and play you should post your results
