my first problem is when i go to turn the car over the car shorts out and no electrical works. But i tryed it today i put the key in and had the door open a little a the buzzer was working until i i put the key all the way foward to try and start the car.Headlights do not work either after trying to turn over motor. I have replaced the starter and start seniod.
Second problem is my back drum brakes are stuck. They are slowing me down alot i took off the one side drum and shoes and that freed it up alot. the other side is the same way. I was wondering could it be the parking brake or could it be something else?
