Hey guys I haven't been around here for a while since my car is all torn down for a full repaint. Just wanted to pop in and say hi. I also wanted to show you some pics of the progress. Lately I have been spending my time playing with my Audi S4 to keep me tied over till my baby is done.

Before:

Why the body work: (car wash wrecked my ****) I know I should have never had them wash it.

NOW:

It's a fine looking car, why did you even take a car that nice to a place like a average joe wash?

They were moving the car about 20ft we the guy must have reved it a little and his wet foot must have slipped off of the clutch.

My car was far from flawless before this, it is just really photogenic. It needed a full repaint anyways. So I got them to pay me 6k for a 10k paint job total. So I see it as $4k out of my pocket for something I was going to have to pay 10k for someday to do it right.

I am going to paint it the same color red with white stripes.

10k paint job?? not really a big paint expert but that seems high to me unless its totally custom...i have seen the mystic chrome paint jobs done on cars for 8k including door jambs, trunk and engine bay...what are you doin with your paint?

First off I live in CA where everything costs more. Everything is being stripped and repainted. Usually when people shoot the jambs they don't dissasemble it. I am also getting all new glass included.

I will. So what does your 347 run in the quarter. With that setup and gas, you should have no problem running high 10s.

Nice dude. What is your CR and cam specs. Mine is only 9.2 and setup for a blower. So once I put on a blower my 11.92 will improve to 10s. You should be able to get 10s too once you sort it all out.

10.5 comp...all forged....afr 185's..cam specs are not crazy..its a cam specially grounded for the juice..so the car only makes like 340 rwph untuned and 367 rwtq..but i was told by comp cams that once i spray that cam will do its magic...and the nx kits usually rate there hp shots at the wheels...so 400 rwhp and like 430 rwtq would be sweet enough for me...but that 100 shot is so tempting too!!.......cant wait for the dyno....
