Wow, i'm seeing a lot of replies with The Exorsism of Emily Rose.
I also saw that movie in theatres and liked it. It wasn't "OmG what's going to happen next!?" type of horror/thriller, but it was definitely, definitely entertaining.
DO NOT go see...
*ahem*... need to stress again
DO NOT go see History of Violence. That was the worst movie i've seen all year. And I hated a few movies this year. THE WORST POSSIBLE FLICK... and i'll tell you why.
If you're anything like me, I try to understand what happens in a movie and why.
Don't bother asking any questions in this film, because they won't get answered.
So you're best off just sitting through it, believe everything they shove down your throat and go along for the ride.
Lose ends? **** it. They have no "bother" explaining those either, who wants to know those?
Seriously, rent it if you absolutely have to, but even that... awful.
the fight sequences were cool.
Wedding Crashers is awesome, same with 40 year old virgin.
Flightplan was pretty cool, but it's typical hollywood, so I mean, you know everything that happens, but it has a neat twist... so if you want some action drama, i suggest that. I did like it.
I think that's all I've seen that's still out in theatres.
I see movies all the time, but again, i write movie scripts, so it's of interest for me.
Oh and i've heard good things about Waiting... haven't seen that myself yet though.
