having problems after replacing battery with instrument panel, fog lights, and flashers

flashers , fog lights, instrument panel all are flashing intermittently for 30seconds-2 minutes at a time before stopping for a short bit and then doing it all over again after replacing the battery. car will start and run fine . 2001 mustang gt. anything I'm missing here about replacing the battery ? help !

Never had that happen from a battery change. Sounds more like maybe a loose connection or loose ground somewhere.
Why was the battery changed? Bad? or having other issues?
