Having trouble installing control arms???

i am trying to get the bolt out of the front of the control arm, but it has a bolt on both ends, and i cant get to the inner one cause the muffler is to close to the frame, and i cant get a wrench or a socket in there, will i have to take the exhaust off to get this bolt out

I had to take off my cat back in order to gain enough clearence to get my socket in the frame.

It's a PITA but needs to be done to do it comfortably.
