Yep you'll be fine. Just avoid spraying a 100shot of nitrous STANDING STILL and you should make it with nothing breaking..:nonono:

I never heard the story about your car? What actually happened? And why you getting rid of all ur parts instead of just sticking another stock bottom end in it.. They are a dime a dozen.

I had a thread about it about 3 weeks ago...Let explain this first. When I did the fox conversion, I didnt like the way the fox throttle was touching my wot switch on my nitrous system. There was not a way that I could make it engage/disengage properly. I was twisting the bracket all different ways but no sucess. So I decided that I should make myself a bracket under the actual gas pedal, so when I'm really WOT to the floor, I'm 100% sure engaging the WOT switch. All this whenever nitrous activated, or not. It's just a switch. No big deal right ?

So I was at the track and it was gonna be my second pass on the juice. First pass I lost the car like 4 times on the 1/4mile. So I do my burnout, arm the nitrous system and purge. My nitrous syst works also with the window switch from 3000-6000rpm and at WOT. So now I want to launch at 5000rpm and as soon as I pass 3000rpm (maybe til 4500rpm when I let go), I hear what seems to be the throttle body sticking. WTF ? I let the revs down and un-arm the nitrous syst. I redo it all over again to see if it was just a one-time shot but it does the same thing and I'm worried and I back off and dont run. I park the car and take the flashlight (night) and look under my pedal. FAWK. You know that firewall carpet we have under there ? Well the WOT switch got stucked in there and never deactivated. So when I was basicly trying to launch, I was spraying a 100shot standing still twice. 2 days after, I'm on the highway hammering it with my friend (motor only) and something not good happens. Ended up getting towed to find out that my #8 piston was missing a big chunk of it. And that it went through my AFR head also. But I just need 2 valves so I was lucky that I didnt damage them more.

What pisses me off about the whole thing is that this WOT switch gets engaged-disengaged constantly when I drive daily on motor only. But It HAD to be at this very moment WHILE THE NITROUS WAS ACTIVATED that it was stucked. Mytune was perfect and I know it. This was just badluck.

And to answer your question, the stang was already for sale when all this happened. I wasnt able to sell it all modded so it's a good time to strip it down and make more money back selling the aftermarket parts separately. I finally got my other engine tonight. Actually I got the whole car (Lincoln Mark VII) but I need to remove the engine and put it in the 95.

Sorry for the longpost and for going off-topic.

I'm getting pretty much nothing unfortunately :( ... I have lots of debts, including school debts and I just moved in a new place and I have to sell the stang to get even.

Next year, hopefully, if I'm stable financially, I'll be buying a nice Fox coupe for a nice project. Either 347ci blown or turbo/twin turbo or 408ci blown or turbo/twin turbo. :hail2:
