head bolts and timing

I am retowqing the head bolts on my 302 today with basically stock heads, what are the torque specs?
also how many degrees of timing should i set the motor too?

what is the best timing for regular gas on the stock motor

and what are the torque values\order for the head bolts I have searched and can't find my shop manual anywhere.

DO NOT retorque the head bolts. No small block gaskets that I've heard of need this to be done, period. Max torque is 70 ft/lbs.
