That's what I was thinking. The only difference between the left and right sides are that the left side blocks off the front cooling passages and the right side would block off the rear cooling passages.
Any definite answer on if it will be ok or not? Would really like to get this thing together today. It's blocking passages on the front of the other side. What makes the other side any different?
The "FRONT" always goes to the front, no matter what side of the engine it goes on. The water passages in the lower intake manifold take care of routing the water in the correct fashion.
Fel-Pro marked them that way to insure that the gaskets get installed correctly. There is no difference between the RH gasket and the LH gasket, there is only one type of gasket.
There is no "This side up" either, only "Front" that always goes to the front.
