head lights turn off after 30 sec.

recently installed HID lights on my 06 GT, worked great for about a week all of the sudden when I turn the ligths on after about 20-30 sec the lights both lights turn off. I cycle the switch on and off the lights turn on fine for about 30 sec then turn off again, Has anyone had this problem before?
