This is probably a stupid question but, since most of the mods on my car were already on it when i bought it, i was wondering if there was any way of telling visually whether or not the heads have been swapped for pi heads.

If so please post a pic.

look in between your intake and the block by the alternator. you should be able to see the under side of the intake ports on the heads. This will let you see if they are pi or npi. pi heads have a larger square shape ports, the npis will be rounded more on the intake port shape. I dont know how to post pics, or i would. sorry.

Thanks. What if the intake is changed but the heads aren't?

look under the intake port opening, you can see the shape of the port from the outside, it is more square than npi. you might have to remove your alternator to see this though.
