Head swap in an 86 w/ e cam

I have an 86 with an e cam (converted to maf) I want to change the heads but Im worried about clearance. Ive read the the trickflows are ok with the flat topped pistons, but will I have any clearance issues with the e cam? Also do all the trickflow heads fit or just certian ones?
Are there any other heads that i can use?

really this is a good thread for foureyedpride forums, but that cam is gonna jack you up. I'd say it's a no

I have a 86 with the stock heads and flat top pistons with no valve relief. I am using aluminum 1.6 roller rockers. And I also have the E303 cam that I have not installed because I am afraid of valve interference. Are you using the same configuration as me? I just want to make sure this would work OK.

Pablo, with 86 heads the e cam will clear.

PonyGRL is talking about different heads and an e cam, which may not clear.

talk to daggar, he has/had the 86 heads with and e cam.
