I want to set up an engine with low 10:?:1 compression ratio and fuel it with 91 octane. Is there a benefit of using a 331 stroker engine kit with dished pistons and smaller volume heads as opposed to running flat or domed pistons with larger volume heads? I have been wondering this for a long time. I plan on going NA, aluminum heads, and fuel injection with a T5Z on this project.
