header collector

I am trying to figure out how to efectively weld the damn collector to 4 pipes and not have it leak in the center. I cant find anything that explains this. can anyone help out here? I really do not want to build a log header.

You weld it from the inside of the collector in the center of the pipes. Massage the pipes a bit to make them fit together better in the center.

ohh, another Q, do you know where I could get a collector that fits the t3 flange? I will probably have to weld my own flange on though!

wow, ok I got my answer, but those prices will kill your bank acount. that is crazzy! I think I will build mine for umm about 1/4 that price.
