haha, same problem here. i did some research, even though i don't know anything about cars, and saw some stuff, and what did i see? fel pro gaskets and stage 8 locking bolts. and now i'm reading this, and i know where my exhaust leak problem is. i probably blew my gaskets....

I know exactly what you mean. I have the same bbk equal length headers and had the same problem. after a week bolts fell completely out and gaskets blew. kept tightening them and same thing. I finally just took em all out and used small lock washers on each of them and no more problems. give it a try. cheap and it works.
