yeah i'm planning H/C/I install real soon. i'm thinking e303 cam, trickflow street heat heads, & trickflow street heat intake. after all that install i should be in the 12's yeah think?

You should be in the 12's. And you'll need headers so you should go ahead and get them if you have a chance. It's one of those bolt-on mods people do when there car is stock anyways..

The answers, yes, yes, and yes...go for it. I put some JBA shorties on my stock stang along with the h-pipe and it helped alot on sound and power. By the way they are for sale now as I went with some ceramic coated headers with my new engine.

You'll see more power throughout the entire RPM range with EL headers. They're a complete pain in the ass to install and to change the plugs, but they're worth it unless you have the cash for LTs.

Installing the headers will give you a deeper sound, and since the exhaust opening on the stock heads are so small it will help give room for the gases to expand. I don't think that EL's are worth the aggravation but if you don't mind the fancy tool work than giver. Good luck :nice:
