Headers/HPipe/CatBck for 03 cobra. help plz

i am looking at doing a full headers to catback job for my 03 cobra, and was wondering if this system i picked out would sound bad. I have heard that some combos sound really bad, like rocks in the tailpipe or some other bs.

i was thinking of geting

MAC 2.5" Off-Road H-Pipe
MAC 3" Cat-Back Exhaust
MAC 1-5/8" Long Tube Headers


Will this sound good, and what sort of gains should i expect from it? My only other mods are a cold air induction and 5.0 shifter. Also i was wondering why the MAC headers and h-pipe are so much cheaper then say the bassani or SLP systems. Is it because the MAC parts are just plain jain and black, but the others are all fancy and show quality?

bassani and slp are made of stainless steel and of higher quality than mac products. not bashing mac, but it is known by a lot of guys around here that their quality is not as high as others. however, ive heard that they are making some improvements in that area. hell, the pro-chamber is one of the most popular mid-pipes available for the 4.6.
