EDIT: I found http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=536689&highlight=headlight+cleaner but that says it takes 2 hours.

My friend said he could come over and do it in 5 minutes but he has since gone off to college, are there any brands out there that can do it in a small ammount of time?

I know you said replacements are out of the question, but they are pretty cheap on eBay these days. The problem with the OEM lights is, even after you spend all that time cleaning them up, they'll get all yellow like that again in a few months.
