My headlight's switch plug is burned, but i just can't find a replacement, it might seem easy but I live in Mexico City and over here it is absolutely impossible, I have tried several web sites (incluiding Motrocraft) but no luck either, and it gets worst because I don't know the part number.

Can anybody help?

The car is a 1995 GT convertible.

I am attaching a picture of the part (taken from another post) for reference, mine is damaged beyond recognition.

Just to confirm, the connector is for a 1995 GT, and SN95's are very much less prone to headlight switch/connector failures (compared to foxes) and come with a factory fog light relay.

A bronco connector can be repinned to work, but it's nice to find the right part.

Welcome to the boards and good luck.

I can tell you the Motorcraft number is WPT-165.

The connector can be found on:

Mustang 94-2003
Bronco 93-95
E Series Van 93-2003
F Series Truck 93-95

Rockauto has the part, but it's about $33.

I think I will have to do something like that anyway, the wiring gets really hot, i'm not sure if it has to do with the foglaps, they where the first thing to fail when the connector started to burn.

Probably the problem did not end with the fox models.
