they will all leak..its just a matter of when. the only way to guarantee them not leaking is to buy OEM.
just purchase the ones you want off of AM.com and bake them in your oven whenever they start to leak

if you are going to get projector light i reccomend these. http://tinyurl.com/5exmcf they dont have the goofy protrusions the other halo lights have and they dont have a bunch of crazy plastic styling work on the insides. like the projection lights on american muscle.
and like with any headlights you buy including oem ones...i would run a bead of silicone sealer around the edge where the lens meets the housing.

or ive read to put them in the oven, just as if you were seperating the lenses, to get the glue hot and then push them together better than they were.
buy whatever you like but make sure to reseal before installation, basically.
btw- id just get a normal smoked set with a vvme hid retro-fit kit.
some people will say theyll blind other drivers since being made for halogen, but its all in how you aim them.
