Heads and Cams?

Hey hows it going guys I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to port and polish the heads on the 4.6 gt motor aswell as putting a new more agressive cam in it. If you guys have any ideas or could help out with my idea that would be great.

port and polish, yes......new cam, i have not seen anyone as of yet that has one out....

What does it usually run for a port andn polish.

I have heard that Crower has 05 Cams out, but I haven't seen any specs on them. They will be rather pricey as the 2V cams are over $600.00 so I don't see the 3V being any cheaper.

Port and Polish on 2V heads range for $750.00 to $1000.00, so it should be in there and maybe a little more. Some heads may cost more as they also come with improved hardware, so you might be looking at even more, ie, $2000.00 for a set of heads.

The only 2 companies that are CNC port and polishing heads are charging between $1200 and $1500. The only problem is that I don't think SCT or Diablo is capable of tuning for this 100% correctly quite yet. As far as the cams, I haven't heard anything yet.
