Heads and cams

looking at getting a set of cams and maybe heads for my twin turbo 2000 gt. got a stock block and all that. anybody got any ideas? I am looking at a set of vt stage 2.5 heads and comp cams. I want something that has a nice lop to it and performs good. anybody got a write up on heads and cam install or any info for me? thanks.

Fox lake racing stage 2 heads and a custom grind from VT engines would be the best choice for you.... IMO. Some internals would also really help if your over 500hp for durability

Thanks for the help. Internals are going in soon also. I want to keep the 4.6 and put forged internals so i do not have to rebuild the turbo system around the new block. Anybody sell a decent priced forged kit?

I think coast high performance in Cali has some good deals if not then VT engines can probally hook you up.
