Heads/cam gears

I have a 99 GT, just got some mmr stang II heads (kept blowing spark plugs) so I upgraded. On my 99 I have the pressed on cam gears. Anyways question is can I reuse them? If not do I go to the bolt on gears? Thanks.

Can't reuse them.. Gotta use the bolt-on gears

whats the use of getting p&p'd heads then install the stock cams again? Or are you installing different cams also?

The mmr heads came with new pi cams. So Im using those for now until I save up for a custom tune and new cams. Plus Im not 100% sure on the CA emissions with cams, but Ive heard stage 1 cams will pass.
