Wow, a lot of questions in one post...
OK, as far as pushrods you should really measure to be sure, but I read that it's better to be too long than too short because you can always shim the rockers to make up for any extra length. I've swapped heads once and rockers twice, and I went with stock length pushrods both times and it was cool.
For the cam, some 94/95 guys use the TrickFlow Stage 1 with no real problems and it's a good cam for the money, but personally I'd go with something else. If you don't want to spend $325 for a custom I think the Comp Cams XE270HR and the Crower 15511 are great choices. They idle well with our computers and make great power.
For the rockers, I'd go with Crane or Scorpion. I personally had a bad experience with my Scorpion 1.6 pedestal mount rockers, but I think it was an isolated incident...I switched to Crane 1.72's and haven't had any issues plus I got some extra lift from the cam. But you could always go with other options such as the TrickFlow rockers, Comp Cams Pro Magnums (really nice), Crane Golds, or Harland Sharps...
