ok guys, somehow my automatic chain tensioner gave out, i slipped teeth on my cam gear, and busted my valves and pistons to hell! i need to get new heads, but i have no idea who to go with. i have a 96 cobra, and would like to spend around 2k. who is a good company to go with? does anyone have any kind of head swap for a 96-98 cobra?

go to www.karkraft.com and they actually have your old heads for around $550. Look under modular parts. This should give you a start. Or, you could go to sean hyland motorsports and get a set of your heads, cnc ported and polished for $1995, but by the time you get the cams and everything else you need you'll be over the $2k you mentioned. man if your pistons are shot , why dont you look for a low mileage mach 1 engine to swap in it . or do an 03 cobra swap
