Does it extract heat from the radiator, exhaust manifolds, or what? Im sure Ford has an intention for it, or they wouldnt have made it functional. How does it work? For the 03-04 Cobra , of course.

A small amount of vacuum is created above the vents at speed which helps the process somewhat. U.M.
