guys if i were tto remove the blower moror form my car will i still be able to bleed the coolent system after a coolent flush? if so, will bleeding the system then become a big pita or is it easy without the heatger motor in the car?

also is there any cons to removing the heat or ac that you guys know of that would be bad for the car?

also once im supercharged, will the intercooler need any of those things im looking to remove?

i just thought maybe the intercooler might need use of the cooling system or somthing, i dont really know about intercoolers. thanks guys for any info.

you can remove the heater and a/c stuff. it makes it easier to bleed the cooling system without a heater core. so go for it if you want to remove it.

The cons of removing your heat and A/C seem pretty obvious to me.. however going without A/C around here is probably a bit more important than it is up in NJ. Same with heat.. I use heat here too in the winter, I couldn't go without it.

thanks for the info guys. its comming out. i roll with the windows down always. so losing the ac dont bother me. i didnt have ac last year.

the only thing is my mechanic is charging me alot more then i thought the job would cost to do this. 600 bucks for: remove condenser, remove heater core, remove blower motor, coolent flush and refill, and install aluminum d/s.

its a decent amount of work but 600 in labor and that dont include the price i have to pay for the aluminum d/s. so it will run me like 900. thats crazy.

i figure at this point. im just gonna throw that money toward a built block to prep for the blower and not get anything done this year.

well i need the cooling system flushed, but i can just get that at ford.

i thought about trying to do the heating stuff myself, but im unsure about it and dont want to get stuck in the middle.
