heater and ac problems please help

Hello, I have a 90 5.0 with a heating and cooling problem. In the summer the AC line gets really cold up to the firewall and after it comes out of the firewall, but the air coming out of the vents is not that cold. Same problem with the heater both hoses get really hot but hardly any hot air comes out, checked coolant leavel and it is good, temperature gauge stays about normal. Im out of ideas Ive tried turning off my electric fan and putting cardboard in front of the radiator it healped a little bit but it still is freaking cold in the car even after driving for 45 min or so. If anyone can help please do! Thanx in advance

the blend dor is probably stuck shut check all of your vaccum connections under the dash
