heater core gurgle

Ours is a 66 coupe c motor. I can hear coolant gurgling through the heater core under acceleration. There are no leaks just the sound. Is this common? How to fix? Thanks as always!

Is your coolant level where it is supposed to be?

Has the heater core on your car ever been replaced?

You most likely have air in the system. Purge the air and if it comes back you have a small leak somewhere. Start with the radiator cap!
