over the weekend i have replaced my heater core because mine was leaking....needless to say got the new one in and still no heat :( ...also turned the headlights on and i have no back lights to my gauges or a/c or heat controls? Ive checked the wires and all bulbs and still nothing?

any ideas? they were working fine before.

Your probally going to have to pull your dash back apart and check all the harnesses you messed with. You with didn't get on plugged in correctly or had a wire come loose in a very important spot. Good luck.

And for the heat, check to make sure you dont have any restrictions to the hoses that lead to the core at the firewall under the hood. Or maybe something came loose under the hood that leads to the core box under the dash.

wonderful...right now...i could care less about the heat...if the heat ain fixed it aint stoping me from driving at night..now the lights are becasue then i cant see how fast im going :bang:

Also make sure all your vacuum lines are hooked up. As for the lights I would take off the instrument bezel and start looking at the switches for the headlights and hazzard lights behind there to see if all the wires are plugged in tightly. If they are loose at all it will cause problems.

If you had a hard top you could just use the map light and point it at the speedo to see how fast you are going at night. j/k
Are you sure that the radiator is full, and there isn't any air in the system, that could very well be the reason you have no heat.

ive took it off many times...i just done see why either...gauges or my a/c heat back lights are just gone...nothing...every other light in the car is working...if i twist the headlight switch though they flicker and make a clicking noise...

all i know is im frustrated and done for the night with it.
