Heater Core Question

Hey guys, quick question here. I've got a 2001 GT (automatic if that matters) and it's about to be on it's third heater core. We took it in last winter because anti-freeze was puked all over my feet (and I was wearing sandals) so the dealer said that Ford had some problems with them and they'd fix it. Three months later it goes back because it's puking it's anti-freeze out in the garage (and thankfully not on my feet). Not that it's winter time again, we turn the defroster on and the windows turn green. Am I the only one that's having this problem? Or is the stealership screwing me over on this? Your help is as usual appreciated.

there is a TSB on soldering a 10ga wire onto the heater core and grounding it to the engine block

heater core failure is do to electrolysis and grounding the core slows down or stops the process
