Heater quit after TMOSS intake swap?

My heater used to work great in my car, but after I put in my Tmoss lower intake I noticed that it doesn't work worth a crap now. The temp gauge goes up to what it should and the car warms up normally, but the heater only blows out lukewarm air at its very warmest. I don't have any antifreeze puddling inside the car, no windshield fogging, and the antifreeze level in the car is good. What could be causing this? Any ideas would be great because it's pretty f-in cold outside!

There is a flow/pressure restrictor in the inlet hose of the heater - did you know that and did you check it to make sure the orfice was clear? Other than that, I'd think maybe a vacuum controls problem like the others are saying.

Got it figured out, upon taking a close look at my heater core hoses I had a kink in the inlet hose. Re-oriented the hose to take out the kink and the heater started working normally again. Thanks for all the replies.
