i recently bought a new intake and accidentally threw out the stock lower with the heater tube assembly, is it nessisary bto have this or could i just plug it up, i do wabt to use my heater i live in houston where its a humid 88 and up most of the year, we do have around a good month of off and on cold weather, if i do need it does any one have a spare i can have ......or buy:D let me know thanks.
 
Yes to can completely eliminate the heater tube if you want you’ll just need to relocate the ECT sensor (engine coolant temp) is all.
Where the black tube came out of your old intake buy an adapter/reducer male-female fitting that will screw into that hole and also has the same threading as your ECT sensor with a hole in the center, or tap the thermostat housing/water neck for it.

You’ll probably need to lengthen the wire if you chose to tap the thermostat housing.
