congrats. Its always fun to break personal records.

I've been stuck in the high 8's for 2 years now. Mostly due to lack of traction and poor engine mechanics.

How did the Nittos work? I just got mine last night. Hopefully I will be able to get to the track in a couple weeks or so.

nitto's work great, those 60's of yours are gonna drop like rocks... Make sure your pressure is at approx. 20psi and give them a good 7 - 10 second burnout... you want smoke, but not so much that you're choking, just enough so you see it rolling out of your wheel well. I launch at 3k, slip the clutch ever so slightly and then roll into it... 1.9x's and 1.8x 60's can be yours... That would drop your 1/8th times considerably...

just got my 8.94 last night too! foxbody here though, also w/ 1.899 on stock suspension w/mickey thompson et street radials
