Hey guys just wanted to introduce myself to the forums. Names Kenneth. I own White 2000 5 Speed Gt. Bought her off a dude when I was stationed in California in 2006. It had a little over 7,200 miles. I thought it was a Typo in the auto trader. But nope it was garaged kept after the dudes daughter left to study oversea and ended up staying. So he sold her Gt . 10 even and it was mine. Thing was perfect when I bought it. Took it back to Texas before I deployed last March . Now she is being taken care of by my older brother in Texas while I am overseas for the next 2 years.

I just added a 95 cobra hood. And got my hands on a set of 03 cobra mirrors the other day. As far as mods. Stock block..Well check my Sig. I don’t have many photos right now. My brother said he’d snap a few for me once the day is nice. Recently ordered the Tork Tech intercooled set up. But you can imagine how nerve racking it is building a car from Africa.. Anyway just wanted to say whats up and look forward to trading Knowledge, parts, and opinions.

So THANK YOU . I got some questions for you and i'll PM you. Thanks for the comments guys, give me some time and i'll add so new snaps.
The car has just broke 20,000 miles by the way .

95 Cobra hood?

Interesting, so a 95 cobra hood fits right on a 99-04 car? Tork Tech has been one SC I have been steered looking at. Was a bit weiry because of modifying the hood. Yours looks great. Do any other hoods also provide enough clearance for a Tork Tech blower?

Welcome to Stangnet. Sweet car you got there, & I agree, the miles are super low. Where in California were you stationed?

I pretty much followed bakos24 threads about his build and made my decision base on that. The tork Tech was a S/C i was very weiry about as well. But i said screw it! The modifying the hood thing wasn't to big of an issue for me because I hated the hood anyway . When i talked to bill for tork tech he said the clearence needed wasn't much over the stock hood. The Cervini's / Kaenen hoods work and might be the most popular choices. But any cowl style hoods will do are far as clearence goes . If you're still intrested in the Tork Tech look up bakos24 threads for some good info.

I'll install it for ya as long as you pay for the tune and let me take it to the tune.
I am serious too. I am not doing anything now and also have friends out there fighting the war that I worry about, itd be my way of paying back at least one soldier. I have all the tools needed and the knowledge. I have installed a few centrifiguls and owned a couple Eaton cars so I am familiar with them. It would be done right and I could take it to Gear Heads or 04sleepers shop in Dallas for a perfect tune with SCT. 04sleepers place is so good I bet you beat bakos by 15-20 hp

I am bored off my ass with no job and my parts for my car only trickle in so I am not modding it too often now.
Where in Texas is it?

Thats the best offer i'll ever get . Kit hasn't came it yet. But my cars in south texas. About as south as you can get. 2 hr's under San Antonio..Laredo, Tx. About 8 hrs to dallas if im not mistaken. I do have family in Garland who my brother could "visit" while my car is there..? I'm on MSG duty (Marine Security Guard). SOOO im guarding an American Embassy in Africa at the moment. Let me give my bro a call tonight see what he thinks, he is ultimatly the person taking care of my car.

I followed 04sleepers and your forums and i know you guys know you stuff. All i can say is thanks for the offer man and i'll Pm you with a follow up. But this is def an option for sure!
