Tagged and bagged everything thing so I thought, now after engine/transmission install I am working on new shifter and interior and must have left this part behind and not sure what it is.

Bolts for the shifter handle maybe

Yes it's the shifter handle isolator gizmo.
Not needed for new short shifter.

Thanks.... thats what it is I must have left it behind when I took off the old shifter and not needed for the new one.
