Help about Suspension

I need help, i have a hactback 1984 with a 351w, with some modifications, i need to know what kind of suspension is the best option, hard or soft?

I use it usually for drag race, but i use it too for daily rutines

I hear that the Eibach drag launch spring is great on the track and street. The one with the airbag.

Eibach drag launch kit with airbag, lakewood 50/50 shocks in the rear and 90/10 stuts in the front will give you a nice drag friendly susp.. If you want a little better street manner then change the lakewood 90/10 strut to a lakewood 70/30 strut.

That drag launch kit by Eibach works well but the car sits up too high for me. Laurel Mountain Mustang makes a drag launch kit with airbag too about $50 bones cheaper though.

Lakewood shocks/struts ftw! I love mine as for springs I went with ford racing C springs kinda wish I had the eibach pro kit but I'm still satisfied with what I got. Ride height maybe dropped half inch front and rear if that.
