Could you possibly have your tb blade stop screw set to where the blade
is too far open.

That screw is only to keep the blade from sticking to the wall of the tb.

It should be somewhere around like 1/2 a turn past the point of contact
or maybe 3/4 of a turn.

Yes ... there is a more specific way to do it
but
I don't remember how it goes

Never the less ... if its too far out ... its a hosed up kinda deal :Word:

Ok,
So today I took off the upper intake resealed and and put some hose clamps on some loose vacuum lines and replaced one that had a splice in it just to be sure. Anyway I am getting ready to start it up again; I am wanting to know what values I am suppose to use in eec analyzer for the tb & isc settings when it asks you for base and desired rpm/vdc. What am I suppose to use here? Thanks, Justin

I'd go with the stock values to start - do exactly what the help file says in EEC Analyzer.

I got done doing all of that this weekend. My idle was a tad choppy after the supercharger install. I got it to idle good at 750 but want to try to work it back down to 600 again. It was just too dang hot to mess with it long so I'll take what I can get for the moment.

Good luck with it!

Just wanted to let you guys know I did find a few vacuum leaks. I took off my upper intake again and got some new hoses and used hose clamps on everything. Started it up and it was hissing really bad from my oil seperator; so I bypassed that and it runs soo much more smoother and better know. I have not even had a chance to back it out of the garage or really tune it but tomorrow is my day off so I am going to get it done. Thanks, Justin

Thats great news Justin

I'd like to take this opportunity to say

V leaks, poor electrical connections, bad sensors, and the like

E V E R Y T H I N G along those lines ...
Its Gotta be properly functioning :Word:
OR
You're just chasing your tail around and around like an old dog

You absolutely must get all that kinda stuff cleaned up before tuning
