A buddy's car has started doing something I've never seen. It runs fine for 25 minutes, starts chugging and then completely dies. If he lets it sit for 10 or 15 minutes, it starts right up runs great and then chugs out again in another 20 or 25 minutes. Someone suggested a clogged Catalytic Converter. Sound right? Any other ideas?
