Help Car Wont Start

i can smell gas out the tail pipes when i get done trying to crank it

UPDATE............. i tested the tfi thing and im getting sprak to the plugs, my battery is good and i pulled the plugs out and they smell like gas? wtf i still cannot start my car its about 5 degrees here maybe it to cold to start but its in the garage

Did you happen to notice what color the spark was? It should have been a nice yellow/orange spark. Blue indicates a weak spark that may be getting "blown out" when you crank the motor.
The only thing that will keep a motor from running is lack of spark or fuel. You might want to try spraying a touch of starting fluid into the the airbox (with filter removed) and see if that will get it to fire.

fuel pressure at the schrader valve? hook a gauge so you can see what is happening with key on, cranking ,etc.
if not mentioned, the FP relay is likely under the driver side seat. if not, on some later cars, it can be found on the pass side fender. you can also jump the terminal on the self tester to run the fuel pump.

also, while im not a fan of starting fluid, as NKau mentioned, giving a shot might not be bad and really helps with quick diagnostics.

my dad is taking the day off tomorrow to help me fix the damn thing i will test the spark agian to see what color it was
