HELP!!! Convertible top will not go up manually or by motor:(

I need to get my convertible top up on my 03 GT but the motor is dead and I can't get a new motor until Monday when the dealership parts dept opens. Auto Zone said it's a dealer only part
Is there a way I can get the top up manually without replacing the motor??? When I try to pull it up it stops before I can pull it up.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

It's probably fluid locked. Have you tried disconnecting the hydro lines (with something to catch the fluid).
