i cant decide. i had it on the front bumper when i first got the car. it was the testamant of form following function. now i bondo'd in the holes and have it in the winshield, but it makes noise going down the road and stuff. it is nice being able to pull it out for pics or whatnot. i can go behind the bumper and push back through the holes. let me know what you think.

I'd leave the front clean and plateless. I have my front plate on the floor, if I see a (mobile ticket writer), I stick it in the windshield.

If you live somewhere that makes you have a front plate before you can get it inspected, I'd get a cheap car bra and epoxy the plate to it. Then pull it off and throw it in the back.

hmm have to have one here in oregon to but no one will pull u over for it, now a stater might pile on with it if he gives you a speeding tix but for the most part if you have a nice car and a reason for it not to be there they look the other way
