I need to know what will sound better with my loudmouth exhaust. I am deciding to go with a catted mid pipe to pass emissions. Will the Magnaflow catted X, the MRT catted H, Catted Prochamber, or something else sound the best. Most of these cost an arm and a leg so i want it to be either noticeably deeper or louder. Thanks for the help

Well I love my MRT catted H, but heck, with the Loudmouth, why not go with their modular X pipe? It was my 2nd choice because of its high quality, removable cats, and it also works with their long tubes.

I want the most power for doller so im going to go with the O/R.How is the sotp dyno compare the stock vs. catted or O/R pipe? the reason i asked is someone told me they felt no diff bettween stock and a O/r H pipe.

Magnaflow X with high flowing cats. That's the setup I have and everybody likes it. Very good quality part and it sounds great, you can't go wrong with it

Don't expect MAJOR gains from an O/R pipe...it'll sound faster than it is...
You'll get 5HP or so, more noticable in the upper range, noticable but not huge on the SOTP meter.

The uper 5k-6k is where my car sucks being none pi. Its just my preferance. But with eny aftermarket mid pipe will add a significant gain sotp or track right? I really doubt 5hp you could feel bettween cated and O/R.

mrt h-pipe and magnaflow x-pipe are the same in terms of quality, same cats even

if i had the lm, i'd go for the h-pipe. someone had a video of an mrt h-pipe with magnapacks and i liked it. should sound similar, might not. i just like the sound of h-pipes better

if you want lt headers later on, get the slp x instead of the magnaflow

I dont know where people get their dyno #'s of only 5 rwhp with a catted x...Myself and 3 other friends all dynoed at least 20rwhp with the slp x/loud mouth. Thats on a dyno jet on the same day within 2 hours of each other. Actually I only dynoed 20rwhp/auto trans, but my 3 friends hit 22-24rwhp #'s with the exact slp set up. They all have 03-04 gts too.
