Damn big t those are some nice numbers. Is that with the catted X? I belive the othe guys were saying O/R to Catted differance being 5hp not 5hp on a catted pipe vs. stock. How was the sotp fell with the slp X? Between the 3.73s and X i want it to throw you back nice.

Catted x,and im the only 1 out of the 4 of us that has cats... There was an 04 gt5 spd with a catted bassani x/cat back that dynoed 22rwhp. He was the last guy on the dyno and his car sounded pretty good as well. As far as SOTP feel, I felt an improvement but nothing to rave about, but with the ported/polished tbody/plenum along with the x pipe I really felt a sotp improvement. Id sat a combo of the 3 would be a .3 or so gain in the 1/4 mile.

I need to know what will sound better with my loudmouth exhaust. I am deciding to go with a catted mid pipe to pass emissions. Will the Magnaflow catted X, the MRT catted H, Catted Prochamber, or something else sound the best. Most of these cost an arm and a leg so i want it to be either noticeably deeper or louder. Thanks for the help

In my opinion I always felt that the prochamber w/flows was the best sounding exhaust I've heard. Just about every shop I went to felt the same as well as people on the street. I won 2 exhaust contests, going up against 351's and 347's. That was until I changed the flows for the louthmouth II. They absolutley blew me away. Very deep sound at idle and run-and-hide sound at WOT. I say go with the prochambers.

Yep same old story as always.

99% of people only recommend the setup they have, regardless of whether its the best or not.

I guess its just a biased view as it is the setup they have most (or only) experiance with.

Any quality exhaust will be an imporvement from stock, so take it from there and choose how you see fit.

I would get the cheapest stainless option.

I would avoid the bassani as it is not a true x.

magnaflow, vrs, slp. whick ever of those is the best deal is what I would pick up. I think the magnaflow is the cheapest catted pipe but I could be wrong.

I would not run o/r pipe with loudmouths. sounds like open exhaust to me.
